THE LOCATION

Set in Marbella, Mike’s Gym Marbella is widely recognised as one of the most unique
training environments in Europe, combining a fully equipped gym, combat zones, and a
world-class obstacle course.
The facility includes:
 A fully equipped gym and CrossFit-style training space
 Boxing rings and combat training areas
 A ninja-style rig over a swimming pool
 On-site accommodation for full training camps
 A large-scale obstacle course said to be one of the toughest in Europe
This is a place built for performance.

THE TRAINING

Each retreat follows a structured daily schedule.
You will train across multiple disciplines including:
Boxing
Muay Thai
Strength and conditioning
HIIT and fitness sessions
Mobility and recovery
Sessions are delivered by STRYKE coaches, maintaining the same system, structure, and
intensity you experience at home.
You train more, you move more, and you stay consistent.

THE OBSTACLE COURSE

At the centre of the experience is the Mike’s Gym obstacle course.
A 5km course with over 150 elements designed to challenge strength, endurance, balance,
and mental resilience
You will be guided through it by specialist coaches, learning how to approach each section
and push beyond your limits.
It is physically demanding, but accessible to all levels.

3 meals per day, designed to support your training
