The Space
TRUFORM has been designed with intention.
The studio features a cave-inspired aesthetic, creating a calm, immersive environment that
immediately separates it from traditional fitness spaces. Soft lighting, natural textures, and a
refined layout combine to create a space that feels both grounding and elevated.

TRUFORM operates across dedicated, purpose-built studios, each designed to deliver a
specific type of session at the highest standard.
Our Reformer Pilates studio is equipped with industry-leading Merrithew reformers,
selected for their precision, quality, and performance. Every piece of equipment has been
carefully chosen to ensure a premium training experience.
All sessions are delivered by hand-selected instructors, chosen not only for their
qualifications, but for their ability to coach, guide, and deliver consistent, high-level sessions.
INNOVATION — HOT REFORMER & INFRARED TRAINING
TRUFORM is at the forefront of innovation within the wellness space.
We are among the first to introduce Hot Reformer Pilates in the UK, and potentially across
Europe, combining the precision of reformer training with the added intensity of heat.
Sessions are delivered within our infrared heated studio, where controlled heat enhances the
training experience.

flexibility, mobility, and recovery.
