At STRYKE, our Fitness sessions are designed to develop every aspect of your performance. These classes bring together strength, conditioning, and functional training into one system — allowing you to build endurance, power, and overall fitness in a structured way.

Sessions rotate between different training styles, ensuring your training remains varied, progressive, and effective over time. This is not random training. It is structured, intentional, and built to deliver.

All STRYKE Fitness sessions follow a clear and consistent format. Each class is built around twelve rounds — workouts are simple to follow and gradually layered, allowing you to build confidence and improve without feeling overwhelmed.

On the training floor, a wide range of equipment is used including weights, resistance tools, and functional fitness apparatus. Every session is different in focus. The structure remains the same. The training evolves.
