BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
Control. Position. Precision. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a ground-based martial art focused on grappling, submissions, and positional control. It allows a smaller individual to control and overcome a larger opponent through technique rather than strength.
At STRYKE, BJJ is taught through a structured system designed to develop both understanding and application.
Classes are available in both Gi and No-Gi formats, allowing you to experience different styles of training and broaden your skillset.
Sessions focus on positional work, transitions, submissions, and controlled sparring, helping you build confidence and technical ability step by step.
STRYKE also follows a grading and belt system, giving you the opportunity to progress through the ranks and track your development over time.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

These sessions allow you to combine your striking skills developed through boxing and Muay Thai with your ground work from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Our MMA coach is a seasoned fighter and former champion, bringing real-world experience into every class. His sessions are built around practical application, helping you understand how to connect striking and grappling in a controlled and progressive way.
We do not rotate random coaches or rely on generic instruction. Every coach at STRYKE is hand selected to meet our standard.
