Whether you’re completely new to boxing or already experienced, the structure allows you to train at your own pace. Beginners can pick things up quickly and build confidence from the first session, while more experienced members are continuously challenged as instructors layer combinations and intensity to match your level.

THE STRYKE METHOD

All boxing classes at STRYKE follow a consistent, proven structure. This is what makes the experience seamless, easy to follow, and effective from the very first session. 

Each class is built around twelve rounds. Six rounds take place on the bag, where you’ll work through boxing combinations, and six rounds take place on the mat, where training shifts towards strength, conditioning, and functional movement. Every session finishes at high intensity, leaving you fully worked from start to finish. 

The bag rounds are designed to be engaging and progressive, never repetitive or monotonous. Combinations are introduced in a way that’s easy to pick up, then gradually layered throughout the session to build rhythm, confidence, and skill. Rather than overwhelming you with complex sequences, the focus is on refining movement and helping you improve with every round. 

Every class is fully instructor-led, guiding you through each stage of the session. You’re never left guessing what to do next, and you’re never expected to already know everything. If it’s your first time, you’ll pick it up as you go. If you’ve trained before, you’ll build on what you already know. The more you show up, the more natural it becomes. 

On the mat, training shifts to a dynamic mix of strength and conditioning. A wide range of equipment is used, from weights to resistance tools and functional apparatus, all programmed to complement the class focus. Sessions are designed to be varied, engaging, and directly relevant to the work you’re doing on the bag, ensuring every part of the class feels connected and purposeful. 

There is no guesswork and no wasted time. The structure is clear, the pace is set, and the focus remains on delivering a complete, full-body workout that develops both fitness and confidence over time.

THE CLASSES

While every class is fast-paced and high-energy, each one is designed with a specific focus.

POWER centres on strength and controlled intensity. The pace remains high, but the emphasis is on generating force through your combinations while building strength through core and resistance-based work. It develops stability, control, and power, leaving you feeling stronger and more capable.

ENGINE shifts the focus towards endurance and output. This is the most demanding session, where movement is continuous and intensity remains high throughout. The objective is simple: maintain output, push your limits, and build stamina while achieving a significant calorie burn.

FLOW introduces a different dimension, focusing on movement, coordination, and rhythm. Combinations become more fluid, transitions quicker, and you develop better timing and control under pressure. It is where technique and fitness meet.

CONDITIONING brings everything together. Combining elements of strength, cardio, and functional training, it builds overall fitness, resilience, and performance within a structured, high-intensity environment.

Across all classes, intensity remains consistent. The difference lies in what each session is designed to develop.

BOXING FUNDAMENTALS

Alongside the high-intensity sessions, STRYKE offers a dedicated Fundamentals class focused on the art of boxing itself. 

This is where the pace slows down, allowing you to build a strong foundation and develop correct technique under the guidance of carefully selected, world class instructors. 

You’ll be taken through the essentials of punching, footwork, positioning, and defensive movement, ensuring you understand not just how to train, but how to box. 

It is an essential starting point for beginners and equally valuable for those looking to refine and elevate their technique.

NO LIMITS – SPARRING

For those ready to take their training further, No Limits is where everything comes together. 

This is a controlled sparring environment where you can apply your skills and experience boxing in its most authentic form. It represents a step beyond class-based training, requiring focus, discipline, and readiness. 

All sessions are fully supervised, and protective equipment is mandatory. The aim is not chaos, but controlled intensity — a space where you can test yourself, apply your technique, and continue to progress.

STRYKE & BURN

There are classes that challenge you, and then there are classes that redefine what you thought you were capable of. 

STRYKE & BURN is delivered inside our infrared heated studio, where temperatures reach up to 40 degrees. Combining boxing, conditioning, and high-intensity training, this is one of the most demanding sessions we offer. 

The structure remains consistent, but the environment changes everything. Every round feels heavier, every movement requires more focus, and every session pushes you beyond your comfort zone. 

Shadow Boxing, pad work, and mat-based training are all performed under heat, creating a unique training environment that increases intensity, elevates output, and amplifies results. 

This is not a class you drift through. It requires commitment, focus, and the willingness to push yourself further than usual. 

Training in this environment significantly increases calorie burn, with sessions reaching up to 1000 calories depending on output. The heat encourages deeper sweating, supports recovery, and keeps muscles warm and engaged throughout. 

Over time, it develops not only physical strength and endurance, but mental resilience – the ability to stay composed and perform under pressure. 

It is not for the faint-hearted. But for those ready to challenge themselves, it becomes one of the most rewarding sessions on the timetable…and the most brutal!
