THE STRYKE METHOD
All Muay Thai classes at STRYKE follow the same structured, proven format.
Each session is built around twelve rounds. Six rounds take place on the bag, where you’ll work through striking combinations using all weapons, and six rounds take place on the mat, where training shifts towards strength, conditioning, and functional movement.
Every session finish at high intensity, ensuring a complete, full-body workout from start to finish.
The bag rounds are designed to be progressive and engaging. Combinations are introduced in a way that is easy to follow, then gradually built upon throughout the session. Rather than overwhelming you, the focus is on repetition, rhythm, and refinement; helping you develop confidence and control with every round.

All sessions are instructor-led, guiding you through each stage so you always know what you’re doing. If you’re new, you’ll learn as you go. If you’re experienced, you’ll be pushed further. Over time, everything becomes second nature.
On the mat, training shifts into a dynamic mix of conditioning and functional strength work. A wide range of equipment is used to create varied, engaging sessions that complement the striking element of the class and keep the experience fresh.

THE CLASSES
While every Muay Thai class is fast-paced and high-energy, each one is designed with a
different focus.
POWER focuses on strength and impact. You’ll develop power through kicks, knees, and controlled striking combinations, supported by core and strength-based work on the mat. It builds stability, balance, and full-body strength.
ENGINE is your most intense, endurance-driven session. Continuous movement, high output and minimal rest define this class. It is designed to push your stamina and deliver a serious calorie burn.
FLOW focuses on movement, coordination, and control. You’ll work through combinations that blend punches, kicks, and transitions, improving timing, balance, and overall fluidity.
CONDITIONING brings everything together, combining striking with functional fitness to improve overall performance, resilience, and full-body fitness.
Across all classes, the intensity remains consistent. The difference lies in the focus and the way each session develops your ability.
MUAY THAI FUNDAMENTALS
Alongside the high-intensity sessions, STRYKE offers a dedicated Fundamentals class focused on the core techniques of Muay Thai.
This is where you learn the foundations properly, in a more controlled environment.
You’ll be guided through stance, striking technique, balance, and basic combinations using punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. The pace allows you to focus on form, build confidence, and develop a strong base before progressing into higher intensity classes.
It’s ideal for beginners and equally valuable for those looking to refine their technique.
STRYKE & BURN
There are classes that challenge you, and then there are classes that redefine what you thought you were capable of.
STRYKE & BURN is delivered inside our infrared heated studio, where temperatures reach up to 40 degrees. Combining Muay Thai striking with high-intensity conditioning, this is one of the most demanding sessions we offer.
Punches, kicks, knees, and conditioning drills are all performed under heat, dramatically increasing the intensity of the session.
The structure remains consistent, but the environment changes everything. Every movement requires more effort, every round demands more focus, and every session pushes you beyond your comfort zone.
Training in this environment significantly increases calorie burn, with sessions reaching up to 1000 calories depending on output. The heat promotes deeper sweating, keeps muscles engaged, and enhances endurance and resilience.
It is not for the faint-hearted, but for those willing to push themselves, it becomes one of the most rewarding experiences on the timetable.
