Sessions rotate between different training styles, including HIIT, strength and conditioning, functional circuits, and performance-based workouts.

THE STRYKE METHOD

All STRYKE Fitness sessions follow a clear and consistent format.
Each class is built around twelve rounds. Six rounds focus on high-intensity conditioning, while the remaining rounds are dedicated to strength, movement, and functional training.
Workouts are simple to follow and gradually layered, allowing you to build confidence and improve without feeling overwhelmed.
On the training floor, a wide range of equipment is used including weights, resistance tools, and functional fitness apparatus such as battle ropes, box jumps, and kettlebells.
Every session is different in focus.
The structure remains the same. The training evolves.
