At STRYKE, our Women’s Only sessions deliver the same structured, high-energy training found across all classes, within an environment designed exclusively for women.
Boxing and Muay Thai are combined into one seamless experience, allowing you to train across both disciplines while building strength, fitness, and confidence.
This is not a lighter version of training.
It is the same intensity, the same structure, and the same standard, delivered in a space where you can train freely, comfortably, and without distraction.

THE STRYKE METHOD
All Women’s Only sessions follow the same proven STRYKE system.
Each class is built around twelve rounds. Six rounds take place on the bags, where you work through boxing and Muay Thai combinations including punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. The remaining rounds take place on the mat, focusing on strength, conditioning, and functional movement.
The combinations are simple to follow and gradually layered, allowing you to build technique and confidence without feeling overwhelmed.
Every session is instructor-led, ensuring you are guided throughout.
You learn as you train, and the more you attend, the more you improve.

THE TRAINING
Sessions combine:
Boxing combinations
Muay Thai striking including kicks, knees, and elbows
Bag work and movement
Strength and conditioning on the mat
All delivered within a structured, high-energy format.
You are constantly moving, working, and building.

All sessions are non-contact.
Training is delivered through bags, movement, and structured formats.

That gives you access to up to 50 classes across the week, including Women’s Muay Thai, allowing you to experience everything STRYKE has to offer.
It gives you time to explore the timetable, build confidence, and find the sessions that fit your routine.
Once you have experienced STRYKE, you can train in a way that suits you. Classes can be purchased individually or in blocks, or you can join on a membership, offering the best value for those training regularly.
