Bag Rounds
Six rounds working through boxing combinations on the bag. Progressive and never repetitive. Combinations are layered throughout each session to build rhythm, confidence, and real skill over time.

Mat Rounds
Six rounds of strength, conditioning, and functional movement. Weights, resistance tools, and apparatus all programmed to complement the bag work and deliver a complete, full-body workout every session.

Inside our infrared heated studio at up to 40 degrees. Boxing, conditioning, and high-intensity training in one of our most demanding sessions. The structure stays the same. The environment changes everything.

Shadow boxing, pad work, and mat training all under heat. Increases calorie burn, supports recovery, and builds mental resilience.
