At STRYKE, our Women's Only sessions deliver the same structured, high-energy training found across all classes, within an environment designed exclusively for women. Boxing and Muay Thai are combined into one seamless experience, allowing you to train across both disciplines while building strength, fitness, and confidence.

This is not a lighter version of training. It is the same intensity, the same structure, and the same standard, delivered in a space where you can train freely, comfortably, and without distraction.

All sessions are non-contact.

Bag Rounds
Six rounds on the bags working through boxing and Muay Thai combinations including punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. The combinations are simple to follow and gradually layered, allowing you to build technique and confidence without feeling overwhelmed.

Mat Rounds
The remaining rounds take place on the mat, focusing on strength, conditioning, and functional movement. Every session is instructor-led, ensuring you are guided throughout. You learn as you train, and the more you attend, the more you improve.
